Hi everyone, I'm brand new to Bolt so apologies in advance for the newbie silly question post. It's kind of an unusual one so I'm hoping someone may be able to help.
A friend of mine has a website (charity/non profit) and asked me to have a look at updating it. I've been given a username/password for the website.com/dashboard login but the credentials don't work. I've tried the reset password function but we don't know which email address is getting the password reset details. We have checked a few people's emails but because it's a charity/non profit site, it may be going to somebody's spam email or worse still, someone who is no longer involved with the group.
Do you know if there's any way to get access to the site without doing the password reset option? Is there some general contact in Bolt that I could get the owner of the site to request access or something like that?
As I said, I know it's an unusual one but I'm hoping someone might have an idea or a process to follow if a site gets locked down like this.
